XOIN

XOIN is a Topical Skin Tissue Adhesive that has been recommended by surgeons as a fast, painless and trusted method of wound closure that produces a good cosmetic outcome and does not require a follow-up visit for removal.

Hold the XOIN tissue adhesive apparatus between your thumb and forefinger and apply firm pressure on the middle of the cylindrical plastic jacket.
The pressure crushes the glass ampule inside and releases the adhesive into the plastic jacket.
Turn the apparatus upside-down and press to release the adhesive as micro drops on wounds with good edge approximation and little wound tension.
Avoid getting the tip of the device in contact with the skin, tissue or open wound during the whole procedure.
Wait for 30 to 60 seconds for the polymerization and bonding to complete.
Supplement the closed cut with wound tapes or sutures if required.
